Bio

Aimee Sy (Brooklyn, New York, USA) is a Filipino visual artist and art director. Her sculptural style uses light as a medium to celebrate themes of memory and decay. Drawn to using materials that once held a previous life, her work embodies her relationship with memories. Using light as both material and metaphor, she creates sculptural pieces that evoke a sense of nostalgia, impermanence, and transformation.
